How the year runs
Each job at the time of year it actually needs doing
Not the same four visits repeated. Gutters go before the rain, concrete gets its real clean in the dry months, and the roof is inspected every year so a small problem doesn’t become a re-roof.
Spring

Dry months are the right ones for concrete, and the roof gets looked at before the algae takes hold.

Clean windows for the shortest, greyest days, and the entry looking right for visitors.
Homes with solar get their panels cleaned twice a year. Homes without get an extra window cleaning instead. It’s the same work for us either way, so you’re not paying for something you don’t have.
What it costs
Priced by the size of your home
We measure the property from county records and aerial imagery before quoting, so the number you get is the number for your house, not a starting point that grows.
Every plan has published limits: how many window panes, how much concrete, how many feet of gutter, how many solar panels. Almost every home sits well inside them. If yours doesn’t, we quote the extra and you approve it before we do the work; we never just add it to a bill.
The part that pays for itself
A full roof cleaning, included
After twelve consecutive months of membership, your roof gets the full soft-wash treatment at your next scheduled visit. It is the job most people put off until the streaks are visible from the street. It is available to members whose membership is active at the time of that scheduled visit.
After that first one we inspect the roof every year and clean it again when the inspection says it needs it. Roofs here need a full clean every five to eight years, not annually, and we’d rather tell you that than sell you a wash you don’t need.
One emergency visit a year
A guest is coming, a bird got the entryway, the patio needs to look right by Saturday. One hour of a technician, scheduled within five working days on your area’s route. No call-out charge, no negotiation.
Same crew, same schedule
We serve a whole neighbourhood in the same week, which is what makes this affordable. You’ll know when we’re coming before we do, because the year goes on the calendar in advance.
Before you ask
The terms, stated plainly
You’ll see all of this again, in full, before you agree to anything. Nothing here is buried in a footnote.
- It renews automatically, every month
- There’s no end date. The monthly amount is charged to your card on the same day each month and continues until you cancel it. If the price ever changes, we’ll tell you between 7 and 30 days before the new amount is charged, and that notice includes how to cancel.
- There is a twelve-payment minimum
- The plan is built around a full year: four seasonal visits, and the roof cleaning that lands at twelve months. That’s the commitment, and we say it up front rather than in the small print.
- Cancelling is one click, online
- From your account, at any time, without phoning us or asking anyone’s permission. It stops all future charges immediately. There is no cancellation fee and we never bill the remaining months in advance.
- You sign up on your own device, not at the door
- We measure the property, then send you a link. You read the terms and decide in your own time. Nobody will ask you to sign anything on a doorstep.

Each area gets its own service week, so one trip out covers the whole neighbourhood. That’s what keeps the price where it is.
