These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services and website of Pacific Pressure Washing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our text-messaging (SMS) program described below. By requesting a quote or service, or by opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program name: Pacific Pressure Washing service notifications.
Description & message types:When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring service-related text messages from Pacific Pressure Washing, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, day-of “on our way” updates, invoice and payment links, and requests for feedback or a review after your service.
How to opt in:You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the “text me” consent box on our quote or service request form at pacificpwashing.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your service activity.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Services & estimates
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and may be adjusted if site conditions differ. Scheduling is confirmed by us after you accept an estimate. Payment is due as stated on your invoice.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
