Information we collect

When you request a quote or service, or create a portal account, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone / mobile number, service address, and details about the service you request. We also keep records of the estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments associated with your account.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate our business and serve you: to prepare quotes, schedule and complete jobs, process payments, respond to your messages, and send you service-related notifications by email and text message (such as appointment confirmations and reminders, day-of updates, invoices and payment links, and requests for feedback after a job).

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you service-related text messages as described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers only to operate our services — for example, a payment processor (Stripe) to handle card payments, a messaging provider (Twilio) to send text messages, and an email provider to send email. These providers process your information only as needed to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

On our public website (not in the customer portal) we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure whether our ads work. These tools set cookies and collect things like the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you here, your approximate location and device, and, if you request a quote, a hashed (unreadable) version of your contact details so the ad platform can match the request to the ad. None of this runs until you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you decline, we keep only cookieless, aggregate statistics, and nothing about you is sent to Meta.

Google and Meta may use what they collect for their own purposes, including advertising, as described in their privacy policies. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act this can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time: use “Cookie Preferences” in the footer of any page, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (we honor it automatically), or email hello@pacificpwashing.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or emails at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
